Heading to North Carolina in a few hours. Going to see my dad's aunt and cousins he hasn't seen since the 60's. Strap on in.

I just don't accept that logic. The colonists didn't put together a violent group of armed rebels to overthrow the British. They used legislative means to declare independence, and only when attacked did they respond in defense. In fact, the new US government did everything they could to avoid armed conflict with the British.

Armed, violent insurrection to overthrow government was never something supported by the founders.

yeah, i mostly agree. i just feel that this is a provision for a last resort scenario, and i don't think there is any logic to actually dispute that. i'm fine with having different opinions. there usually isn't just one cut and dry deal.

Well, I was hoping to have heard back from another one of the jobs I've recently applied to by today. As of 5pm today, nothing in return so I went online to check out cresting and customization shops out in Edmonton in hopes of locating the guys who do the Oilers jerseys. Found a contact with them (Elite Sports) and will be sending out my resume and a link to some of the work I've done over the years.

Hopefully this catches someone's attention. :/

Every time I bench OV for sucking, he has his 3 point games.

The last time I benched him he had a hattrick and an assist, tonight, he has two assists and a goal. Fuck you OV.

I finally got sick of him doing nothing so I benched him last night too. That backfired big time.

Knowing a little bit about how such places operate I imagine that's going to be a huge change for you.
Sounds exciting though. Best of luck!

Yeah, it will be. That's why I'm going in entry level.

After my first interview, we discussed the possibility of me coming in at a higher position than what I interviewed for, but mutually decided that it would be best for me to come in entry, and get used to how they operate and the scale of everything before I move up. That was their only concern about starting me higher.

Apparently the site manager and my direct supervisor have already discussed grooming me for the higher position from day 1 though, so that's nice to know.
