The Christmas season... The day itself is sort of anti-climactic, and it's ridiculous that it just ENDS after December 25, no phasing out like there is a phasing in... I think I will be very non-traditional in how I celebrate Christmas, when I have a family of my own. The season is beautiful, once the commercialism is looked past.

Books... I want a library in my house someday.

Flannel sheets, lots of pillows, my big fluffy dogs sleeping next to me.

Carefully stepping over them in the middle of the night when I have to get up while they are guarding the house.

Licky puppy kisses. Burying my face in their warm, soft coats and inhaling their "puppy" smell.

When my dogs rush to greet me at the door and love on me before I can even get my coat or shoes off.

Oh, and my dogs. Did I tell you I love my dogs?
