All these are phrases used during a game called "Pit" which was inspired by the US Corn Exchange.

Mo is going to be a Priest or something and he lives it PITtsburg.

Other than that, a wild, wild guess is still Crosscheck due to the large crosses in the pics and the main ingredients in this Pit game are as follows:

The original edition contained only seven commodities.
Commodity Value
Wheat 100
Barley 85
Corn 75
Rye 70
Oats 60
Hay 50
Flax 40

Aren't all of these things in beer? XC is the biggest beer connoisseur I know. Other than that, I'm stumped.
