Well the topic explains it, what are your favorite video game genres?

I personally love Sports games, First Person Shooters, and Racing games. I also like the GTA series and such.

So what are yours?

Well i don't play a lot of first person shooters. I play more sports games and some RPGs (Zelda/ Final Fantasy, i guess you could include KOTOR and the force unleashed in that. Lately its been NHL 010, and Saints Row 2. I'm also a fan of games like mario kart. Used to love playing streets of rage, and mega man soccer.

Sports and crime games like GTA and true crime streets of LA/NY.


EDIT: Just looked at all 12 of my PS3 games and I have 3 baseball games, 3 Hockey games, 1 nascar game, GTA IV, Tiger Woods, Assassins Creed, Call of Duty 4 so sports games are my forte I guess.

I've been playing GTA:IV lately since I lost all my data, almost done with the main storyline, going for trophies and for 100% completion.

I only beat the staory line when I frist got the game, it was fairly easy to beat unlike GTA San Andreas, that game took me 3/4 months to beat :oops:

Well GTA:IV was the only one where you didn't have to cheat to win the storyline.

San Andreas and Vice City, if you didn't cheat you'd never be able to complete the game.

On PS3 you can buy classic PS games, that is one that I ended up buying, only 5 bucks also.

I recently bought Tokyo Extreme Racer: Zero, I guess it is an old Dreamcast port to PS2. Yet to play it, and I want to play TXR3 again, but I need to find my gameshark in order to get one of the wanderers since my game data on my PS2 is gone, and I have a backwards compatible PS3.

but this is because Incognito made those three, and 989 Studios sucks at making games.
