This is pretty incredible...this guy spent years and 3 iterations to build the most perfectly efficient and dense simcity 3000 city possible.- 1.5 years just in paper development and planning.

-Magnasanti has zero abandoned buildings.
-100% of all zoned structures are historical
-Zero water pollution
-Zero congestion
-No crime
-Utilities all done through neighbor deals
-Game completion date: 05/05/50,000
-Total population: 6,005,407

I saw this a while ago.

I hate it because I've tried to do this before and failed miserably. :)

I found my Sim City 3000 disk the other day, but it was broken in half.

I could never for the life of me build a city in Sim City 3000 that didn't go bankrupt.

while that is pretty cool. its also pretty sad that a guy spend several years of his life trying to design a fictional city. while im sure there are possibly some real life applications to something he did there, i still find it sad.

Thats crazy... I never had any kind of patience for these types of games. Im more like... Rome Total War, where every turn you do is a half of a year or something like that... Im not patient when it comes to games, cuz if its something that takes a long time i just lose interest after a while.
