Yea I woke up and saw that the website had leaked it by about 8am. Which they would have kept it under wraps and surprised me with the teaser trailer.

It was announced at E3 this morning. it wasnt leaked. It was released literally 5 minutes into E3.

That's kind of what I meant. I wish they would not have released it earlier on.

The video at the end didnt really surprise anyone.

Compared to the other Halo trailers? Seriously? Each one of those has been similar. Showing you something that is happening during the game, and then ending abruptly. This one is no different. And by "Why am I not surprised" I mean I am not surprised that you wouldnt be impressed with this because if anyone is going to not like something that has the potential to bring something great, you are the person who is going to be skeptical about it.

I think it'll end up being a good game, but i'm with Phil. It wasn't surprising or epic really in any way. It's just an announcement tease and nothing else.

And yea, it may have been intended that way.

For the fourth installment, I want crisp graphics and tons of polish. They can delay it until 2013 if they have to, I just want a good game.

We will hear about it again in a year at next year's e3.

But this trailer is not set up any different than the other ones. They all reveal some minor part of the game which is in fact a huge thing. Its no different than the other ones. In fact if you had to pick a crappy teaser trailer for the halo series it is definitely ODST.

And Microsoft did really poorly on their e3 presentation. Well, everyone did. I mean the kinect may be marketable, but holy hell. Almost no exclusives were mentioned either, just gears and that was about it.

Call of duty (even though i'm a huge fan) didn't show anything amazing that we haven't already done. After MW3, Treyarch (if they're making the one in 2012 or later) needs to revolutionize the multiplayer. It sells well, yes, but it is still losing players to other games because they fail to change.

Well MW3 should be interesting with Multiplayer seeing as it is RavenSoft who is doing it. Not Infinity Ward. So I expect there will be some changes.
