Only watched it briefly, but I'm sure while Obama was talking about building all this stuff that Boehner was thinking, "Ya, the fuck you are. Dream on boy". Haha

On a more serious note, I think it would have been proper of him to keep his head upright rather than tilted. What these guy have to remember is that we want to see our representatives respecting our president as THEIR president too. This goes both ways, so don't try to flame me for attacking Boehner(or for reading body language either, haha).

Jobs moving over seas enmass.
Infrastructure crumbling faster than upkeep can be maintained.
Heavy Debt from annual Deficits.
