This sounds like its going to be a good time! I wonder if anyone will be hosting it for streaming? If I find anything I'll slap the link up as well for those of us at work or not infront of the tube today.

Rayzor will be there!

Buffalo Sabres Great Rob Ray To Appear At Mirabito Outdoor Classic.

"Syracuse, NY (February 16, 2010) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that Buffalo Sabres great Rob Ray will take part in the pre-game ceremonies at the Mirabito Outdoor Classic, the AHL's first-ever outdoor game, featuring the host Crunch and Binghamton Senators at the New York State Fairgrounds on February 20 at 1 p.m."

Not even the myp2p forums have an AHL stream up for this yet. :( I wanna see it!

Nice picture of your seats with the grandstand pole in the way, that would bug the hell out of me if I was watching the game.

Yeah, we didn't spend any time there, haha. The fairgrounds isn't really made for hockey. All in all, I think it worked pretty well.

I remember dealing with those poles at Bills games, and later a couple Bisons games, at The Old Rockpile. I dealt with them in the old Cleveland Municipal Stadium for Browns and Indians games as well. You kind of get used to them.

But yes; they do suck.

I heard that game will be played annually and that Rochester is the expected opponent next season
