Besides Tropp the rest will probably be all busts! Yeah that's a great job drafting. I'm not big on drafting kids that are going to college. The Players in the CHL are far superior to the NCAA at least that's what you see from players getting drafted.

Ken Dryden, Ryan Miller, Brian Leetch, Phil Housely, Chris Drury, Thomas Vanek, Paul Kariya, Brian Gionta, Keith Tkachuk, Paul Statsny, Erik Johnson, Phil Kessel, Jonathan Toews, Patrick Sharp, Martin St. Louis, Dany Heatley...........who are those guys? They must suck!

I can't believe how ignorant this quote is. Have you ever watched a college game? There is some damn good talent on some teams. Overall the talent level in major junior is higher sure, but to claim CHL players are "far superior" is ridiculous

A lot of them are sophmores on good teams. They'll get more ice time in their junior and senior years. Connor Knapp seems to be having a good year. But is battling with another goalie.

It seems to be a lot weaker of an NCAA crop though than a few years back when we were sporting Gerbe, Kennedy and Butler, but with development, everything can change in just one year. Jokinen was the kid in here Im most disappointed with. The kid was a beast in HS and was highly touted by everyone I read that watched him play. Seems to have kinda fallen flat on his face since then.

He is still young and going from HS to College is like Juniors to pro sometimes, takes a bit of time to get adjusted to it.

He'll probably have a good Junior and Senior year though, we'll have to wait and see.
