No one mentions him anymore. He's pretty big, and with Portland this year he has 5 goals and 20 assists in only 40 games. What are your thoughts about his future with the Sabres? I think he could be pretty important for us. |

He's always been one of my favorites, but defensively he still has quite a bit of work to do. Offensively he is better than almost any D-man on the Sabres, but I doubt he would fit into Lindy's system unless he greatly improves in his own end. |

If he can improve on his Defense then he could be a very dangerous player with us. |

Once he gets a bit better on D, he could be a 4th or 5th D man. He's got to lose the stache, though. |

he scored like 5 game winning goals and led the pirates in playoff scoring in NHL10 for me. so, because of that, hes ace to me. haha |

At his current rate of development he's going to be fantastic by the time he's 35 or so...... |

As an Offensive D man, he is more than ready to come up to the big club. Anyone have any current season information on his Defensive play? Has he come along enough? |

I'm pretty sure Weber would also be able to contribute to the "allowing 40 shots per game" system Lindy seems to be employing these days. |
