The Pirates have played two games and have as many wins. Mancari is tied for the scoring lead with 5 pts and Adam is tied for second with 4 pts. Adam has also been named Player of the Week for the first week of the season after his four point night.

I was at both of the games, the explosion of offense was a great way to start the season. 11 goals in two games?! I had concerns after losing Gerbe & Ennis, but Luke Adam is going to (I hope) be a beast this year. The defense has me a bit worried with Persson coughing up the puck like a chain smoker. As far as I am concerned, he owes Enroth a steak dinner after every game.

Luke Adam, boy I hope he really blossoms when he gets up to the Varsity squad

Well Adam left the game after a bad fall and I don't know if he's returned.

Pirates win 3-1, move to 3-0 on the season. Goals by Whitmore, McCauley, and Mancari.

Luke Adam opens tonight's scoring with his third goal of the season. 1-0 Pirates.

Adam apparently has 3 goals and 8 pts in 4gp. Pirates won again tonight, 4-2.

Also, this 4-0 start to the season is the best start the Pirates have ever enjoyed.

They could probably beat the Sabres right now

Pirates lost today, but Luke Adam added another goal to his stats. Score was 4-1 Bridgeport.

No, unless there is an injury Luke wont be called up. If he keeps up this pace how sick would it be to have the AHL rookie of the year 3 years in a row?

Adam I do and it looks like he may just keep his pace up.

He was a 49 goal scorer in Juniors last year. I really can't wait until his skating is at an NHL level.

If Adam wins the Dudley Garret, I say Regier re-signs Mancari for 10 years and just keeps plugging new offensive prospects onto the top line in Portland haha

Luke Adam on pace for

80GP, 64G, 80A, 144P

It's only 5 games into the season, but it's encouraging to see how quickly he's acclimated himself to pro hockey...

4-1 to start the season, so I'd say yea. Also, unless my math has gone full retard, Mancari has 10 pts in 5gp (5g + 5a) and Adam has 9 pts in 5gp (4g + 5a).
