Rimouski is 9-12. And you must remember that the 'Q is a more offensively-focused league. But yeah, -9 is still shit...

Sundher has been playing some real good hockey lately.

Do you mean that Pysyk has 5 points?

Pysyk finally erased the big goose egg in the goals column with a 1+3 performance last night.

I know stats aren't everything, and the Oil Kings blow, but for someone who's supposed to be an offensive defenseman, those stats aren't looking all that great.

No one has ever considered him an offensive defenseman. He's a rounded d-man with no real strength but no real weakness either. I still dunno why they Sabres took him in the first when they could've grabbed Emerson Etem.

Maybe Etem had something we didn't know about then?

I dunno. I feel Darcy made the right choice with that pick. Etem seems like a floater to me and with Pysyk and McNabb on the way, our defence is gonna be sick in 3-4 years.

Pysyk feels like Butler to me. Butler isn't exactly "sick".

Never said he was sick, just that our group of d will be sick. Pysyk may never be a top-pairing minute munching dman, but he will be a solid 2nd or 3rd pairing dman for many years. Etem will either be a secondary scorer at best, or bust out like other unmotivated floaters(Zagrapan).

*Sundher is 37th in points in the WHL and has as many points as Emerson Etem (Who many here -myself included- were pissed the Sabres didn't snag in the 1st round) while playing one less game. Just sayin'...

Both are also forwards, playing fr Team USA while Pysyk is a defensemen who plays for Canada.

What's your point, just because they are on Team USA they are superior to Pysyk then?

Also would you want Etem on our team after he said this?
"During the World Junior Championship held in Buffalo, NY, Etem posted this message on his Twitter page: "much needed day off, buffalo is a ghost town!! the worst city ever, it makes medicine hat look like paradise, never thought ide say that" [2]. Etem has since apologized yet was still booed every time he touched the puck the first game following the incident."
