Riley Boychuk was -3 and had 17 PIMS but went scoreless in Portland's 3-8 loss to Spokane. Series is knotted up at 2. Game 5 is tonight.

Fuck. Hawks dropped the ball on that one. Maybe I should go to game 5.

Hawks won last night 3-2 to take a lead in the series by the same score. One win away from a WHL finals appearance against Kootenay.

I saw that Riley Boychuk had an A on his chest.

Yeah he's definitely a "character" type of guy. Kind of in the Gaustad mold.

+2 as well. McNabb is rolling.

Last night was my first time watching him. He was kinda quietly good. Sort of blended in with the scenery, but made his mark in an unflashy way.

Good defensemen do that (at least, if they aren't of the flashy skating variety)

McNabb with another 2 assists in Game 2 and he was a minus 1.

He started out as a +2...bummer he was on the ice for three even strength goals against after that.

McNabb's point streak is now at an astounding 12 games and he has 24 points, only two off the playoff scoring lead

Brayden McNabb assists on Ice's OT GWG. Streak extended to 12 games, scoring sits at 25 points. 25 points is T-3rd in the entire WHL playoffs. Ice take 2-1 series lead. Game 4 played tomorrow in Cranbrook.

EDIT: 25 points is actually good for T-2nd overall and only 1 off the lead!

Ice/Winterhawks game 4 tonight. An 8th straight home win for the Ice can give them a 3-1 stranglehold on the series.
