They all had good moments, and sloppy moments. I dont think any of them will make the NHL roster based on what I saw last night. Gerbe proved 2 things to me, he's got nothing for vision in transition, and has no desire to shoot the puck at this level for some reason.

Kennedy had some sloppy transitions, and 2 or 3 bad passes in the zone.

Ennis needs to figure out he's tiny compared to NHL defensive men, and stay the hell away from them. He got worked over a couple of times last night.

Ennis has tons of upside though.

Our best AHL/Rookie last night was Myers, and a close 2nd, and I mean a CLOSE second was Kostka, he played with grit, poise, touch, and great positional play. He is looking like a true steal if he continues to progress.

Ennis, but it wasn't by much. The kid is the quickest of the three, and shows the most tenacity, but like Jay said - he needs to realize he's much smaller than everyone else. He definitely shows the most promise of the three.

Kostka was also mentioned as looking good by a couple people at work today.

Myers looked clumsy, they felt; coordination still not caught up to his enormous size.

I will judge for myself once I have viewed them....

Kostka did look good. Looked better than some guys higher up on the depth chart, as probably stated by your co-workers and such.

Myers didn't look clumsy at all, really. He was pretty smooth with his moves, honestly - Gragnani looked goddamn clumsy, especially when he managed to flip himself backwards onto the ice while trying to get either on or off the bench.

Yes; I was told Gragnani started out okay; but looked like a career AHL type of guy as the game wore on.

Those people clearly didnt watch him on the Power play or in transition. He looks like a young, and I mean YOUNG Marc Andre Bergeron or maybe even Joe Corvo. Career 4-6 defensive man, but excellent special teams player.

**edit**

To add to that, he was also going against full NHL veteran lines. Believe he was skating against that Clark, Knuble, Giroux line, which looked like a bunch of monsters on the ice by the way.

Ennis, but I thought they all showed a lot of heart, and a good hustle was put forth by all.

Yeah, he was apparently pretty good on the third Washington goal as well.....
