Yeah that was pretty cheap...should be a 1 game suspension.

me too. i also would have never started to love hockey the way i do if it weren't for the amerks/sabres. now whenever i go to an amerks game, i'm still kind of mad and don't even want to cheer for them. fucking steve donner.

I'm hoping if Pegula buys them then he'll pursue a contract with the Amerks since his wife grew up in Rochester.

1. I called Dorsett getting into a fight when he socked Goose in the head away from the play about three minutes into the first period.

2. Boll WILL be getting a game for his hit on Shamo - the announced penalty in the arena was "5 minute major for a hit to the head and a game misconduct".

3. HOLY FUCK THOSE FIGHTS WERE AMAZING.

it was bad enough for me the amerks aren't scheduled to play portland at all this season, then you just HAD to make it worse. damnit, phil.

I love how the tools at Hockeyfights are getting on Patty for 'showboating' after the fight. When you destroy a guy like that, you earn the right to ham it up a little bit for the crowd.

That aside, the uppercut/left cross combo was downright EPIC.

Exactly Squanto, when you dummy kids, your allowed to showboat a little bit. Those guys at hockeyfights probably loved it when Domi did it. But God forbid Kaleta should do it.
