The Amerks need players too.

Mancari is a top flight AHL player. He doesn't have the chops for the NHL, but that's ok.

The Amerks needed a scorer. Good depth signing. We all know Mancari will play hard in a pinch. Ask him for a long period of time.... another story.

Build depth at the AHL level and it instills/continues to give them confidence to perform at a higher level along with the ability to prepare yourself for clutch situations before you hit the NHL. Sure they had it before but not with this level of competition. I don't care if they are career AHLer's so long as they bring up the youngsters and are good role models for proper team attitude. This is a good signing.
