The Leafs game where he had the two goals and three points, he was also at fault for a lot of goals where Toronto players would simply outskate him.
I won't deny, he looked good, but he's been a middling, borderline AHL player for most of his career. That doesn't just change overnight.
Before he came to Buffalo I read about how he's a reliable player. Sometimes guys are just solid put ins with potential for a starting job, but are overlooked because of other bigger named players. He could be good.
