So who do we have on the team now to keep the kids going on the right direction? There's Ott and Tallinder. Who else? How may Border Collies do we have on the team? ;)

I definitely think we can include Ehrhoff in this conversation. Mike Weber has turned into this kind of player, as well, even though he's only 25, he's the exact type of hard-worker we'd want younger players to look up to, and the type of player who would be good at holding players accountable.

I agree with the aforementioned four. If Vanek is still here, I'd say we can count him in as well.

Dark horse? Kevin Porter. Great leader in Rochester, and he's likely a mainstay on this roster next year.

Brian Flynn was a freaking great player, too. Him, Porter, and Kaleta make for an awesome 3rd/4th line.

Add the much-maligned Matt Ellis to the leadership list.

What about guys who will at least go with the herd, instead of wandering off into trouble? Does Sulzer fit in here? I'd say Scott does, and probably Foligno. What about Hodgson? Is he headed on the right direction or is he still in need of sheparding?

Our oldest forwards are Ott and Scott at age 30. We need a veteran. I'd like if they signed Brunner, then maybe Morrow or Cleary for the veteran?

Matt Ellis gets his own category, as he'll be the captain in Rochester. Very well deserved.
