I"m still amazed how a player can swing a stick with reckless disregard for safety and get 5 regular games suspension but a player swings a stick with malice and only gets 3 preseason. Just utterly dumbfounded.... |

Don't worry guys, its okay because the victim was only John Scott. ONLY John Scott. I mean, its not like he's a real hockey player or anything...  The season hasn't even started and I'm reaching for the Maalox. Why couldn't Shanahan take a job with a team, somewhere, over the summer? |

So did Shannahan suspend Scott for getting lumberjacked in the legs? I would not be surprised if he will. haha |

Rolston gets fined for following the rules by putting the initial line out.... Then Toronto goes and puts out the Kessel line, knowing full well what the Sabres had out there... Rolston gets fined though... I... JUST... CANT.... |

Right. Rolston puts his line out there and gets fined. Carlyle has one of his players jump the boards, and he gets nothing. Isn't the coach supposed to get some sort of punishment when one of his players jumps the boards? If not, they should. |
