I'm open minded about him sticking around, too, as long as Darcy doesn't overpay, like he so often does. He's from Mississauga, so he may not mind being in Buffalo. On the other hand, he's only been here one game, so we'll have to wait and see, and we could trade him before the deadline for more assets.

I'd be willing to throw down $4-5 million a year for Matty. It's not like the Sabres are in any sort of cap trouble.

FWIW, since the trade:
Moulson- 8 points in 7 games
Vanek- 3 points in 6 games and injured

Bring back Darcy! :P
