Doesn't mean anything on waivers, waivers are age based or games played based. Only means you get paid a different salary at the NHL level and the AHL level.

Good for Tropp. He will definitely be a solid player for the Blue Jackets. I knew he wouldn't last long enough to be sent down..... I guess the way Nolan explained it was that they had no room to develop him the way he deserves. So it looks like he was waived for his own good.... You have to respect that from Nolan

should have waived ennis, according to someone at another forum. hes just an AHL player, apparently.
