I doubt it, Burke seems to only like players that are under the age of 30 when rebuilding, with few exceptions. Sykora wouldn't really fit that mold, nor does he have the tools anymore to play with Kessel, and they have plenty of 3rd and 4th line guys on that roster already.

Toronto may put in a claim, but to me, it seems like a wasted claim for them, since they are all but out of the playoffs at this point anyway.
