This is just a suggestion, stupid idea, and probably will be shot down. Just having fun here. To Vancouver: Roy, 1st round, Sekera, To Buffalo: Manny Malholtra, Alexandre Burrows We get a scorer and a decent faceoff guy, Vancouver gets a set up man/ scorer in Roy, and they get our 1st rounder, and Sekera as some offensive defensive talent. Yeah, Burrows is probably not going to be dealt with, and he makes too little. We save maybe 100k in this deal... |

Even if you take our first round pick (which I would never give up), I wouldn't accept it. Burrows is alright, but his numbers are inflated from playing with the Sedins. That's a horrible deal, and why would you want to trade Roy. He gets us the most points out of all the guys who make 4.5, 5.3, and 7.1 million dollars and he only makes 4m! top 6 Ennis-Connolly-Pominville Vanek-Malhotra-Burrows I guess it's not as one-sided as I make it out to be, maybe I just got carried away because that 1st rounder you put in there. That's like putting Tyler Ennis or Myers into the deal...like.."oh you can have this, and I'll just throw in a Tyler Ennis to sweeten up the deal" This deal=major win for Vancouver. |

Hmm. Just off the top of my head, though. Burrows is cheap, too. So... Stafford and a 2nd for Burrows? |

And Also these are our top 4 centers now Connolly (injury prone) Malhotra Niedermayer Gaustad What happens when Connolly is injured?? Gerbe Malhotra Niedermayer Gaustad?? We'd have a 2nd line center, and three 4th line centers....just no. I know your having fun though so sorry about going on and on....haha |

Lol, having fun with this, but I want to nail it into a fair deal. I love Burrows, though, put him on a line with one of our playmakers and he is dangerous. |

Burrows looks good cuz he plays with the Sedins. Off their line, he's just Pat Kaleta. And Malhotra is getting overpaid by about $1.25M. Do not want either. |

Roy is more talented then either of those guys and he's got a very affordable contract. |
