If it were me, I'd call up Pardy/McNabb since they have NHL experience and I believe Pysyk would need adjustment like he did at the beginning of the AHL season. Then again, there's a reason why I work in automotive media and am not an NHL GM.

I kind of have to laugh at Florida for giving up a pick for Brennan, actually. The Sabres clearly had at least two suitors for him. Why would Florida give up a pick for him otherwise? They're first in the waiver order.

Brennan was enjoying one of his best seasons as an Amerk under Ron Rolston.

Being reunited with Rolston up here really didn't do much for him. It likely won't do him much good in Florida, either.

I'm just satisfied that Brennan got a chance. Didn't work out, so lets see what he does elsewhere. Hopefully not much
