Maybe, but I'd have to send you some local beer you can't get there in exchange.

What words should we use to trigger a drink in the "Game after Lindy got fired" drinking game? Here are a few of my suggestions:
Era
Greg Popovich
Barry Trotz
Turnaround
Rebirth

So Grigs sits, Hecht plays? This should never happen.

Yeah right, because you can implement a new system with one pre-game practice. The system won't be changed today, the only thing that might change today are the lines.

Well Lindy put away the whip and the Sabres roster started lounging on the bench. So a change in coaching philosophy can have an effect quickly.

Yeah right, because a coach doesn't have an immediate effect on what happens on the ice during the game, right? If you think having a new coach behind the bench won't change anything, lay off the LSD.

For the record, the year old Labatt Blue French Connection beer no longer has any discernable hop character (if it ever did) and is more malty than it should be.
Slightly oxidized, but still drinkable. Not bad for a beer never meant to be aged.

I love watching us not be able to get out of our zone and then skate/pass right into the forechecker.

It's like Derek Roy never left.

Cycle, cycle, point, point... I thought we were a tougher team this year...every team hems us into our zone and we "counter" with 2 seconds of offensive zone time.

Can we just not get beat to every puck?

Is Ehrhoff injured...because he can't get to a puck or push anyone off it. WTF is problem?

He's pucking awful.

He's playing good defense, too.

Ennis scores, btw.

That too...just like how he doesn't play with it. Get a shot before the D can set up in the lanes.

Eh, Kaleta didn't check him, and got pinned between the boards and the goalie.

Vanek had those three chances to bury it earlier.

They are playing with a bit more intensity over the last game. Better D-zone coverage too.
