Sure, if we got one garbage goal by deflection, we'd be singing Lindy's praise, but I think it's obvious this time that we needed to go more offensive sooner. You got Miller so use him. Team needs a little more tear your ass mentality. They wanted to be let loose tonight, and it seemed like he leashed them up. Sometimes I really wonder what goes on in Ruff's head.

I think it's safe to say, we didn't show up until a solid portion of the 3rd. Harry said something tonight which I hope is right. Something along the lines of, " They play better when they got a chip on their shoulder."

They tried to be too pretty tonight with some plays, and Myers being too fancy at the line in the 1st cost us. Rookie mistake and they will happen, but damn. The boys gatta learn how to change the style of play on the fly. They can't play like they did against MTL and expect it to work against every frickin team.

They better come out ugly as fuck and ready to work against NJ on MOnday night.

Indeed. I think the team has to remember they have missed the playoffs the last 2 seasons. We, as fans, owe them nothing.

Not unhappy... we played well enough to win, but ran into a hot goaltender. Sometimes that happens.
