I don't think Elliot is up for Crosby and Malkin in a 7 game series.

So we want PHilly to win the their game against the Rangers as if they tie Montreal in points, they have more wins than the Habs and would take the 7th slot, leaving Montreal in the 8th.

Philly has the weakest netminding if they make the playoffs.

Okay, I've NEVER coached a hockey game in my life, but.......

I am as puzzled tonight as to why Ottawa didn't start Elliott (8-0 against the Sabres) as I was when Boston started Thomas instead of Rask on 3/29.

Seems to me, you start the guy who's kicking the most ass against the team your facing.

What gives?

Earlier tonight, before the game started, Bauter88 and I were talking about killing the Senators tonight. That's for all you jinx-believers out there ;)

Looks like I need to start the Ottawa GDT's from now on.

that goal by roy was a direct result of Gerbe. slipped right in got leclaire out of position, i mean roy had to drive to the net, but the tap in was because of gerbe.

Oh, for sure. He pulled all attention to himself and left Roy with a wide open alley to go right to the net.

“It was classy by Buffalo to come out to the bench and be part of the ceremony.”

- Daniel Alfredsson, about the ceremony honoring his 1,000 games with the Sens

Don't go trying to make us hate you less ;) (this is the guy who scored the first playoff goal in Ottawa Senators history against...the Buffalo Sabres)
