I'd only do it if they don't want Kassian, Foligno, Gerbe and McNabb. If they wanted Roy I would do it in a frigging hear beat.

um, we'd have to give up way more salary. bobby ryan's cap hit is 5.1. someone with a significant contract would have to be heading to anaheim .

i know roy's not producing very well right now, but i'd be straight up pissed if we traded away him, and didn't get another center in return. i don't care how good bobby ryan is. you're addressing a need, but leaving that big hole in the middle untouched.

I know at center it would look weak but eight the way the rookies like Adam come up a succeed and Hecht looking not as bad as he was last year, it might be worth it. Plus Leino could go back to center maybe.
