Happens all the time. Look at Stafford last season. Everyone was amazed on how good Stafford was. When you try to mention that it was because of his contract year they would flip out. Look at him this season, barely noticeable.

Well I know the sabres have alot of players injured but Roy and Stafford to me right now seem completely useless and like I said a long time ago Ehrhoff isn't that good. His stats were blown up playing with the Sedin's and Kesler.

The only thing I like tonight is the way Brayden McNabb seems to step up and rail somebody. He's going to be great when he's up fulltime. Sabres Management needs to figure it out that draft more guys that want to come to work everynight and guys that are over 6'0". Plus no euro trash please.
