Bright side is Kassian won't see that 2nd line spot as long as Booth is scoring.

isn't he playing with Booth?

Booth usually plays on 2nd w/ Kesler.

Point for Kassian.

yeah, because the Blackhawks winning the cup and the Flyers getting to the finals somehow proves his point.

Hmmm, but looking back at the other cup winners and conference finalists recently, they seem to have top netminders.

what's thoughts on Sulzer?

He's not really showing much IMO.

Hate Roy. If ya wanna know what Vanek's problem is, it's a 2 headed monster called the Ruff Roy.

Not sure, but I hope this post doesn't lead to anything similar to the 1000 post thread the Canucks made after Kassian's 1st game. Always good to get that one game sample analysis in.

+1

Last season was proof of this when Roy went down. I say bump him to #3 C and move CoHo up. Put ENzo up to #2.

I'd rather see Ellis center on his line that keep Roy there. IMO, if Roy can play on the third line when Briere and Drury were here...he can go back there.

Heck, put Roy on the wing where he'll have less to worry about. I mean he's making me miss Hecht...the good Hecht.

Guy's been pretty solid considering he's an extra player

That's honestly awesome idea. Ruff and Roy are family lol. The guy gets so many chances to show what he's got.

Can't judge much on one game but if the next few are anything similar, I'd say he's your typical 6th/7th. Haven’t seen anything worth noting, really.

He's quiet which is actually pretty good for a defensive defenseman. He has made some nice plays, but it's hard to judge on one game.

*Vanek takes a penalty*
Ruff: THAT'S A BENCH YOU PUSSY SHIT! GET THE FUCK OFF THE ICE!

*Roy turns the puck over then takes a penalty*
Ruff: Meh. Accidents happen.

I would not mind seeing Ennis back at center and put Leino back on the wing. Coho, Ennis, Roy

Right now we're a team that is playing a third period in their third game in four nights on the West Coast. Gotta just play smart and hold on here.

That's because Vanek will listen to Ruff. Roy hasn't listened to him very often since Briere and Drury left and Roy thought he turned into Superman....able to sakte through 4 skaters with the puck...whoops turnover.
