Sabres have dropped 3 in a row and look to hopefully rebound against 'Tronna in this one. HDTV is expected to be back in the lineup and it is possible Grigo could sit this one out as the Sabres brass decides his fate. Back to Jr. or stay with the big boys.

Since I'm polling to be the next bench boss in Buffalo, I'm calling out the FES line to have a coming out party in this one. Lindy has to start Miller and Van gets 2 goals. Bold predictions, I know, but while we dropped games to desperate teams, we're now flailing into that same category. It's our turn now to step up and break the trend.

LET'S GO BUFFALO!!!

Edit: Just for XC

Edit: Edit 2. This may be offensive, viewer discretion is advised.

I'm glad I made a comparison between the Canes' logo and vagisil. Solid new GDT trend. lol

Nothing's changed AFAIK from the standpoint of game mentality, and therefore we are going 2-4 tonight.

The definition of insanity is where you expect different results without changing anything.

More than likely 7 D(no John Scott). I hope the coach is just getting them in for a look-see. They deserve it, especially TJ. Any smart coach is going to dress his best 6, and there's only one way to find out who they are. I SERIOUSLY doubt you sit Tyler after no camp, and only 5 games, when you have no idea what you'd get from his replacement.

I will be getting my drink on early tonight, because my psyche won't be able to handle the Laffs pounding us at home, and then the Ducks facing the Sharts. Hopefully they slow that train down. WINNINK! (DR should have signed Winnik, not Hecht)

Will you guys watching be changing, or are you admitting you also fit the definition of insanity?

Sulzer? He hasn't been too bad from my perspective. He seems to be a pretty safe D-man. Odd.

If he's not dinged, I'd guess LR came to the conclusion that playing a 4-6 D-man with a 1-3 D-man is illogical, even if he's ok at it. I've seen comments about his lack of physicality from some posters, too. I've been ok with it, but when I look at the guy physically, I'd expect more. Wouldn't read much into it either, unless we see a VERY physical Mike Weber tonight.

I'm watching, but I finally changed my boxers, so I'm not doing the same thing expecting different results.

Changing your boxers might get a different result with the wife.

Anyone up for a Sabres drinking game?? I'll certainly not be risking watching this game sober(it's after 5PM, and too late to increase my liability ins.). My 2 so far are drink when Miller plays a puck poorly(or just plain when Miller plays the puck), and Vanek makes a sweet pass, but less talented individual fucks it up, and we all go "awwwwww".(could you imagine Vanek with the Sedins!)

Edit: you don't have to be a drinker to play. Just post 2 things you're sure will happen at least a few times, and the rest of us(or just me) will drink for you.

How about drinking when someone easily steps out of the way of a Kaleta check.

Sulzer has easily been one of our more solid defensemen this year. I will tell you he looked like the only one with his head screwed on right during that Craps game. Regehr looked like a steaming pile of soft, vomity, crap. Like the worst one on the ice. There was a huge turnout of Sabres fans at the game. Bar near my house just got Center Ice so it looks like I will be knocking back more Budweiser, Jameson, and Makers weekly.

Also, Myers is getting fucked like a cheap whore out there. He got smacked around by everyone on their team.
