After beating da Boooins ( Joey from North Boston) the Sabres fly into Montreal on the shoulders of Thomas Vanek for an afternoon tilt with Le Bleu-Blanc-Rouge.

Who is between the pipes today? I'm calling for Miller to shine in this one. Prediction time: Expecting Ennis to keep things rolling from the last game, Staff/Foligno each with a goal, Gerbe gets on the sheet and Van/Pommer combine for a few.

If needed, I'll try to find some inline feeds for this one later. I think atdhenet.tv has been zapped so if anyone else has a feed-site they'd like to share, please share!

Damnit...I just realized this game is on at 11am for me
I'm sick of these morning games, I've got shit to do on a saturday morning :/
Probably have to DVR it, avoid the internet for the entire day and watch tonight. Ugh

I want my 2 points.

My guess is 5-2 Sabres. Millsie is stout and the first line continues its dominance. Vanman-1 goal 2 assists Hodge-2 goals 1 assist Pommers 2 goals 2 assists

I think Millsie gets back to Vezina form this year. And the first line is making minced meat out of everyone this year.

We seriously made out on this Kassian trade. Coho is going to be a top notch center in this league. Sulzer is quietly one of our better defensemen. Kassian is putting up points but Coho and Sulzer are putting in good work. Coho, Grigs, and Ennis is a lot to look forward to in the coming years. When Girgs gets up here we can switch Enzo back to winger.

both teams made out in the kassian trade. kassian is hitting anything that moves out in vancouver. dudes a fuggin beast.

if i could do that trade over, id keep kassian and send foligno to vancouver. not because i dislike foligno, i just think kassian has a higher ceiling offensively.

Punk Kid Subban should be good for one horrible mistake today. Let's hope we capitalize.

This will NOT be a walkover

BZK is playing great, but the disclaimer is that he's playing with the Sedins. Matty Ellis would look good with them. Don't forget we got rid of Grangini in that deal, too, although I wish there were a way we could have kept Zach. Oh well, we got Armia coming, and he'll help us forget.

I can honestly say, if I were to go to a Sabres game not played in Buffalo, it would be in Montreal. We went to a Sabres/Habs game for our first official date (Drove up) in Mtl. and the experience was absolutely amazing.

Also, we won the game in the shoot-out so of course it made everything better. :P

Not digging the flow of this one right now. Miller is looking solid but the boys gatta start getting some zone pressure here.
