The feed was choppy at times but Grigo had the S/o winner with some disgustingly sick hands. Girgs is looking like he's going to make it very hard on the staff to send him back to Rochester. Gillies is a big, able body out there and McCormick had two tussles. It's preseason, I get that, but omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg I'm so happy to be talking about hockey again and on a night with a win is just awesome because we're getting a good look at the kids. |

Let me see if I’ve got this straight. An 18-year old kid allows a goal in a shootout in the first NHL action of his career, and this proves the Sabres did the right thing by not drafting him? Hey btw, I’ve got a bunch of bridges I’m selling really cheap if you’re interested. |
