Seriously disappointed in our boys tonight. No fight, no drive, no nothing. Came out flat and uninspired, and, for the most part, played like it.

Miller wasn't bad. In fact, he was good. Lots of odd man rushes and he didn't give up any bad goals. Lots of tipped goals against. His players didn't pick him up.

Without Miller, it could well have been worse.

Roy, Vanek, Pominville, Connolly, MacArthur were pathetically uninspired tonight.

Damn well needed to deal one or two of them this offseason, but we didn't.

Defense wasn't much better. Sekera I would waive. Major pussy who we are better off without.

The Flappers got some favorable bounces, they just got a few more than we did. Very strange game.

Actually, seeing the highlites on the news, Miller did let some softies in. Two of those goals were absolute shit; the one where it bounced off him as he moved across the goal, and Powe's knuckler.

Still doesn't excuse the numerous no shows we had tonight, though.
