Okay.....so what is the difference between the Reebok jerseys? The Premier sells for 169 and the Edge sells for 379. What the hell is worth another 210 bucks?

Edge is legit on ice jersey used in NHL, Premier is a close replica.

Unless you're playing in it, no.

I'd say that if you can find one for dirt cheap (and not a knock off) then cool.

If not, I'm with Phil & Tom.

I only dry clean my jerseys, and they hold up.

I find the CCM 550 retro’s to be HELLA durable and closer to an authentic CCM/KOHO/RBK 6100 than the new replica RBK's. Minus the double elbows and fight strap of course but if you really wanted a tie-down, it's easy to sew one in then add the pro numbering.

I have a white Patty Lala as well and took apart the arms from the cuffs right to the armpits to add in double elbows, added in underarm gussets and added in a fight strap. Re-enforced the stitching around the logos and it's about as close to an on-ice jersey as you can find.

Related jersey talk, I'm wearing my new white Vanek RBK pro at work right now and just looked at the born on tag on the inside of it.

It reads: 01/09/10. Which tells me this style Sabres jersey was processed over a year ago! They kept this new white style a pretty good secret for quite some time!

Before the WJC, they still had a selection of the old white and blue jerseys. But since, I haven't seen them restore it.

That makes sense, seeing as you need to request a jersey change about a year in advance of actually doing it.
