When i heard last year that Phoenix had 6,000 people go to one of there games I lauged, The London Knights have 7500 season tickets holders and that's Junior A hockey for god sakes.

If they're at 6,000 now, imagine how low that number will be once the Suns season begins. They'll be drawing under 5,000 for some games this year.

Yeeeaaah, but they're not THAT bad. The Panthers, perhaps, at times...

The Coyotes are special.

Their goal horn is annoying as hell.

And Doan is a douchebag.

Doan is a great player and I would love to have him on our team.

I was watching a game on center ice the other day and Tampa Bay was offering 10 packs of games starting at $79. $79? Phoenix is a great town, but they don't market the game correctly. I lived there the first year they got the team and there was no marketing at all. They have a new arena and a good team now. If they work things right they could be successful there.

Though there is no Forseberg in the group; this team (ironically) reminds me of the Quebec team that moved to Colorado. Good young talent, needs a little salt and pepper, and a little tweaking. Move them to the right city, and this team could very well be very competitive in a hurry, and successfull all around.

Not sure there's a Sakic either, but they played better than any of Buffalo's opponents so far this season IMO. And that after they took apart the defending champs the night before. I saw that game as well and they looked great. I've been impressed with what I've seen so far.

As of now, all we've heard here is that it "could" be renovated, but apparently they'd be more inclined to create a supply/demand kind of system. Whether or not that would actually work, who knows? But it looks like they'd rather do that then try to renovate.

i think MTS should just try to add maybe even only 1000 seats. still have the demand idea, but bring the number up to a better number.

If MTS wasn't designed with the idea that additional seating may need to be added at some point; then the designers lacked vision.......

They aren't even a bad team, and they have to give away tickets. So sad.

Sounds like a part of the Yotes problem is the location of that new arena......

Well the team on the ice is doing what it needs to. Too bad no one is seeing it live.

Players yes; spectators no..............

Dallas also belong in there, they are losing money like crazy.
