Kings all the way. Their center depth is amazing, Brown is going nuts, Quick is on, solid D...

In the west, I'm pulling for the Kings. Mainly because I just fucking hate Vancouver and I really don't have any real hate for the Black & Silver. I’ll also give a nod towards the Blues because I don’t have anything against them at all.

In the east, (part of me feels dirty for saying this) but I want to see Philly in the big show. I hate pretty much every other team in the eastern conf. that is currently in the hunt, but when comparing them all, turns out I just hate the Flyers less.

LA-Philly finals and Kings being crowned!

So, based on my scientific studies, coupled with the results of my hate-o-meter, I'm giving this finals prediction an E5 chance of happening!

I like the Blues....but it's because their goalie tandem did great things for my fantasy team.

So far the Penguins, Redwings, and Sharks have all been eliminated in the first round.

Chicago staved off elimination last night in OT. The Rangers are faltering, the Bruins are on verge of losing in the first round but won today in OT to force a game 7 and Vancouver plays tonight to try and claw back at LA's lead, and The Devils are losing 3-2 in their series.

So far...

Philly, St. Louis, L.A., Nashville

I'm the most surprised by NYR struggling with Ottawa, surprised they haven't scored a little more. I like how the West has a bunch of underdog types advancing, and the East might look the same.

They want their jobs to be too easy. They should be able to promote whatever teams are good, not just teams with star players. No one wants a league that's all glitter anyways. At any rate, there seems to be a changing of the guard, so they better react to it.

Great to see Boston eliminated in their own building. Thought the Caps were toast

Good times watching Boston lose. Nice to see Washington win with blue-collar play from guys like Hendricks, Chimera, Ward, Knuble, and especially Beagle. Those guys really shut Boston down. I know Dale Hunter is remembered as a Sabre killer and dirty player, but I loved him when he played in Washington, especially when he beat Hextall in game 7 sending the Flyers out in 1988. Great memories watching Hextall melt down and break his stick over the crossbar.
