Shit ain't right. I know the clock was lopsided at the Boston Garden but sweet christ I'd hate to be a goalie in that end wondering how much time was left. They basically have to look straight up.

it gets better! some rinkside seats are at an angle. because they would be in the corner of an NBA court. |

Not sure, it would depend on the structure of the building, I suppose. It really surprises me they would build this place with just basket ball capabilities in mind. I know at the time of construction there was no thought of an NHL team coming to town, but even in non-NHL cities, the floor layout is structured to support a transition to a hockey rink. Too bad they couldn't get things going at the Coliseum to renovate the old barn to keep the Isles there. |
