I'll do a wine tour of my kitchen with you Saturday afternoon. We can chat online, you telling me about the fine NY wines you're drinking (Dr. Constantine Frank!!!!), me telling you about the fine Oregon and Washington wines I'm chug.. I mean sampling.

Oh, fine! While I'm freezing in the wilds of The Great White Tundra!

I got no takers, so I'll probably be in ETC's pub virtually drinking with ya! I'm all about a nice, mellow Merlot. Warm me up from the inside. Although I do enjoy a good, crisp Chardonnay to go with the nice, crisp fall weather. I'll probably start with the Chardonnay, so as not to kill the tastebuds, then switch to the Merlot and finish with a nice Cabernet Sauvignon to go with the beef tenderloin I'll be marinating for dinner. That should do nicely.
