The arm trick was pretty easy. He just went for the awkward turn on the left arm and kept it looking natural while everyone did the most comfortable turn that wouldn't allow them to flip it back later.

The cards though... mother of god.

Yeah there are professional card cheats that could put this guy to shame. People that can riffle shuffle to a specific amount or a specific card.

Couple false shuffles and cuts, along with an accomplice (probably Tits McGee in the front), and it's a common trick.

Performed very well though.
