Two good friends and I are looking to start an online sports radio talk show and are looking for a good hosting service. Our plan is to do the show once a week and have it saved as a podcast online. We would like to have a website (wordpress blog that will be hosted seprately by a friend of mine) along with the basic social media outlets (twitter, facebook page, etc.).

I've been browsing the internet looking for a good hosting service that would allow for us to take calls, monitor listener statistics, provide good audio quality, and be able to have three to four hosts, but am unsure as to what service to use.

Our budget would be approximately $15-30 a month for the hosting service. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

I listen to online radio show about homebrewing and beer from The Brewing Network http://www.thebrewingnetwork.com/

They do basically what you're looking to do...live streamed shows a couple times a week with past shows archived as podcasts available via iTunes.
I'm not sure you're going to find 1 provider that can do everything you're looking for because it's pretty specific. I know the brewing network at least used to use abacast as their streaming provider http://www.abacast.com/

but serving up web pages, creating mp3s of the shows and hosting the shows for iTunes are all outside the scope of the streaming service AFAIK.

Thanks Cross!

A friend of mine would host the website and offered to set things up. I've done some keyword research as to what would be good for SEO. Basically that would just be a platform for us to blog and keep in touch with fans.

I really like that abacast service and hope that it fits into our small budget.
