Our league takes August off so people can go out of town and still be able to be on a team. So we ended August 4 and have 5 weeks between the last regular season game and first playoff game! I'm praying that playing pickup will keep me in form.

We usually take the summer off for that reason but have a small tournament for people that aren't going away. They also decided to refinish the floor so we can't play pickup before the season start.

My new season starts Thursday. We ended our old season last thursday.
