This shooting took place in Baltimore County about 20 minutes from my house. They are not releasing the name of the injured student but I have learned that it was my friends younger brother who has a learning disability. I nearly threw up after I heard this. Why would someone shoot a fucking mentally handicapped kid? Apparently this sick fuck posted on facebook that this was the first day of school and the last day of his life or some shit like that. There is a special place in hell for these assholes. I hope they fry his ass.

the kid was injured. not killed. (from my understanding)

at a certain point, they are going to come for your guns as more people turn to them as an outlet to express their... whatever the fuck they want to express.

everyone is a responsible gun owner, till they use them in an irresponsible manner.

A HS student can't possibly be a responsible gun owner, seeing as he would be underage to legally possess or own a firearm (aside from local hunting laws).

Well, my point is that he's not actually a gun owner at all, let alone an irresponsible gun owner. I wouldn't compare this scenario, or a great majority of others like it, with something responsible gun owners may or may not do. Not a big deal though, not trying to argue.

Also ksquier, I read that he walked into the lunch area and fired a shot into a crowd at a table, so apparently he wasn't targeting anyone in particular.
