If Wilson is alive the Bills aren't going anywhere, when he dies, different story.

Hang in there just a couple more years, Ralph.

I don't even want to think about a WNY without the Bills. I forsook them this past season because they destroyed me the year before, though I'm thinking now that that was just a hiatus.... Anyway, I can't even conceive a Buffalo without the Buffalo Bills.

People would riot, to say the least.

it seems to me that buffalo cant sustain a team without an owner 100% devoted to the city, and a new stadium. seems neither are in the future. nhl hockey is a different animal, but it wouldnt shock me if the NFL favoured a move.

There will be a team in Los Angeles; this is almost a given due to the size of that market - even though the overall interest level for The NFL isn't that impressive.

It's called marketing. Huge market, heavier interest fom advertisers here.

I still think Jacksonville is the most likely to relocate, as they are a small market, and have limited fan interest. The Bills are a close second.

The big strike against Buffalo is that there are probably only three people with local ties and the money to buy them. The Jacobs own The Bruins. Tom Golisano owns The Sabres. The Riches live in Florida now, I was told.

I have followed The Bills since 1969, so I go back a ways, and would be saddened by their leaving. However, if they leave, I will not be devastated. I really hate what The NFL has become over the last 10 - 15 years.

I don't want them to leave, because I don't really know who I'd follow. I'd probably follow players more than teams, sorta like I've done with the Bills sucking as of recently.

I'll follow all the big names and root for certain players, but without the Bills I don't really know how or if I'd be into football. Would most likely be a Carolina Panthers fan in 10 or more years when I were to decide on a team again.

I'd be done with the NFL if the Bills ever moved. Moving the Bills would be idiocy. Let's move one of the top five strongest fan bases in the league. Brilliant. That'd be like the NHL moving the Oilers or the Wild (again).

Jacksonville has tarped over good chunks of their seats , and still can't sell the place out.

Buffalo sells out regularly. They sold out the entire season this year while firing their head coach and going 6-10. The Bills season ticket base is pretty close to the Jags AVERAGE ATTENDANCE.

Jacksonville is easily the first to move.

There's only room in LA for two teams:

USC and the Lakers.

yes sir the lakers and USC, and possibly the baseball teams if they do well.

but as long as wilson is alive the bills will be in Buffalo, and if he is smart and leaves the team to The Kelly Conglomerate, a cash exchange can take place, the bills will stay in buffalo beyond wilson (kind of like how Larry Quinn ruined all our lives when he became part owner, except this would not really be ruining our lives as we would get owners who want to win). If wilson's kids get the team kiss the bills goodbye cause they are going to the highest bidder.

Hasn't Ralph already said that he wasn't going to hang the Bills on his kids? I thought I'd read somewhere that they would be sold upon his death.

LA had two NFL teams once.

It didn't work.

They'd be foolish to try it again.

I think they could gain the fanbase for one team, but not two... The disparity in number would be greater than what exists currently with the Lakers and Clippers.

the rams were in obscurity in anaheim. the raiders wernt their long enough to gauge it.

edit: yes they were. they only both moved because they couldnt get a new stadium. if a new stadium HAD been built, both teams would still be in LA.

Really? That sucks, then. My brother had me under the impression that they were moved due to lack of interest.

I hate when teams move because new playing venues aren't built. I feel like that'll happen to the Bills eventually, anyway.

San Diego has trouble selling out their seats, and they're good. Put a team that sucks in LA and see an empty stadium.
