I only kid, I think virtually every school breaks the practice rules. The problem is that for a lot of student-athletes, this is their career, and they need as much practice time as they can get to prepare themselves for professional sports. However, on the other side, there are student-athletes that need that time to devote to their studies because they won;t be playing professional sports.
