ive hoped they would expand the post season for a while. lower the regular season to 154 games, and add 4 teams each league. thats my idea.

what do you guys think.

They need to add a few more teams to the post season, but would these 4 new teams be expansion teams?

I would also like to see baseball try out a system where only say the top 8 teams regardless of division make the playoffs, (or just go back to conference play)

no no, not expansion teams. instead of a 4 team format, it would go to an 8 team format. that might not even be the expansion they go with, just my idea.

nope. just expanded playoff format. if that happens, i assume a national league central team will have to come over to the AL (probably AL west)

did you know the current 16/14 format is because of inter-league play? why they cant have 15/15, i have NO idea.

baseball will expand to 6 playoff teams a league, with the top 2 seeds getting byes. the first round will be a best of 3. this starts in 2012.
