I think he definitely re-signed at the right time because he has been looking so good, it definitely inflated his price. Hopefully he keeps it up.

It's a good deal considering he would be the best FA QB out there this year.

Gotta remember the salary cap in football is about double that in hockey and QB's always make big money. And it's good to keep a guy around who is doing the right things for the team and playing smart. Keep improving this Chan Gailey Team and we'll see some good playoff runs.
