Absolutely. Even though he's FA next season, I'm sure the price will be high to pry him out of Dallas.

I'm guessing Roy +1st Rounder and maybe a 2nd or 3rd rounder too... If the Stars wanted that, I think I'd want us to make that deal. This of course is predicated on the fact that we could discuss an extension first...

Would you do it?

Brad Richards wants to sign a long-term deal that may take him to the end of his career. He wants to stay a Star. It's gonna be a high price to acquire him.
