Oh, it would be so easy, wouldn't it? This is how it always starts. "Hey, maybe the Bills aren't so bad after all."

I know, this is the most lopsided season-opening loss in Kansas City history. I know, it is the most opening day points the Bills have scored in almost two decades. I get that this is the worst home field loss the Chiefs have suffered in 35 years and that the Bills performed admirably.

But, I am not letting them do it to me again.

I'm saving my blind-faith gullibility for the Sabres.

The graphic on TV said 1975. That would be almost four decades.

Then why you posting about it?

Be happy that they laid a beat-down to open the season. I'd let myself get sucked in if say, the Dolphins could beat the Pats by even 1 point tomorrow night (are you listening Jebus?). I won't hold my breath on that, but fuck man, enjoy life. Smoke a cigar, romance the wife. You love the Bills and you know it. Take whatever pleasure they give you.

'Cause the end of that pleasure is coming...........muuuhahahahaha!

Because I can feel the suction of them pulling me in. Gotta stay strong.

I NEVER root for the Dolphins to win. Not ever.

I wasn't being clear. I'm not rooting AGAINST the Patriots, I'm rooting FOR the Dolphins, and heckling you and sort of commiserating at the same time since neither one of our teams will win the division.

Ew, why would you root for the Dolphins?

All my friends and co-workers out here know I'm a Bills fan...
I may not be as engaged as I would if they were competitive and had a bright future, but I'm not going to turn down the very rarest opportunity to brag...at least for 1 week.

It's not a bandwaggon, it's a hearse!

OMG today's game was great! The REAL NY team rocking red, white, and blue.

Though I still remain skeptical.

I need no excuses. Smart, sea-going mammal, great logo, creamsicle-orange and teal, palm trees, shinny cheerleader outfits, what's not to love?

You're overselling it a bit, but 7/10

I know its blasphemy on this board and especially because I'm from WNY but its a family thing and I've always been a Dolphins fan. I can say though I like seeing Da Beews being successful because of my love for the city and region. Although I hope the Bills finish second in the AFC East behind the fins due to my burning hatred of The Gaytriots and my distaste for the Jets....I would love seeing Ryan Fitz playing QB for my team. You guys HAVE TO lock that dude up. He's not Manning or Brady or Rodgers but he's more than capable, he's experienced, calm, intelligent and a blue collar type guy that is perfect for your team and if Ralph doesn't want him I sure would love seeing him in my teams faggy ass colors next season......

As long as they beat the Skins on Oct 30th. I would love to gloat a little since they love just bringing up the Superbowl which was oh, almost 20 years ago.....

It's a phrase that basically means, if you wanna see the Sabres at the top, turn the rankings.

Must...not...get...sucked...in.

The Bills continue to find new and creative ways to get me hooked.

A great come from behind win today. They lost Roscoe Parrish, but what about David Nelson? Ten receptions and a game winning TD. A nail bitter to the very end, when Aaron Williams intercepted the ball in the end zone (great int, but next time knock the ball down, rookie).

Next week - New England.

The Bills are going to give me a heart attack this season. At least it's exciting leading up to the Sabres season.
