really pissed NBC's regional coverage stuck me with the Wings/Sharks game on Sunday.

We are terrible against the isles. My prediction for tonight:

In other game news:
Stafford takes 5 shots, none of them hit the net or goalie.
Gerbe looks really great, doesnt score.
Vanek gets frustrated.
leino makes 50% of his passes without looking. 90% of THOSE passes do not make it to their intended recipient.
Whoever is in goal for the isles channels the ghost of Hasek (yes, i know), and actually makes more saves than shots (or, the Enroth effect)

Our lone goal comes when Matt Ellis goes goal to goal, finishing it off with a spin-o-rama to leave the goaltender flat on his face. The dark lord himself then comes up through the ice, melting a 20 foot section at center ice, and drags Ellis down to hell, as his deal with the devil has been honored.
